Our products are handcrafted by local artisans.
Inner Skeleton: Premium 18mm plywood is used to form the skeleton.
The main frame of the skeleton is mortise and tenoned.
Italian type rubber column tensioners are mounted on the seat to provide springiness.
Our seats are produced in accordance with body ergonomics by giving form.
Legs: Legs are laser cut metal and painted with oven paint.
Fabric: Artificial leather. The artificial leather or fabric used for upholstering the seat is seamless and defect-free.
Sponge: Italian type rubber column stretchers are mounted on the seat to provide springiness.
The seat cushion is produced with 15cm 32 dns gray sponge and 4cm thick pulley, wrapped with 100 gr fiber to cut the sponge skin contact and has a fixed cushion.
The back reclining cushion is filled with bead fiber by sewing a blogged cover into the cushion. The cover is wrapped with 90gr fiber to cut the leather contact and passed into the cushion cover. The reclining cushion is movable.
It is whitened using 28dns 5 cm gray sponge on the seat arms and 1.5cm sponge around the outer perimeter. The sponge will be wrapped with 90gr fiber to cut the skin contact and upholstered with the selected fabric.
Packaging: The product is delivered assembled. The product is packaged with disposable packaging nylon and cardboard box.
