Our products are handcrafted by local artisans.
Inner Frame: Premium 18 mm plywood is used to form the frame.
The main frame of the skeleton is mortise and tenoned.
Italian type rubber column tensioners are mounted on the seat to provide springiness.
Our seats are produced in accordance with body ergonomics by giving form.
Legs: Legs are laser cut metal and painted with oven paint.
Fabric: Artificial leather. The artificial leather or fabric used in the upholstery of the seat is seamless and defect-free.
Sponge: Italian type rubber column stretchers are mounted on the seat to provide springiness.
The seat cushion is produced with 15 cm 32 dns gray sponge and 4 cm thick pulley, wrapped with 100 gr fiber to cut the sponge skin contact and has a fixed cushion.
The back reclining cushion is filled with bead fiber by sewing a blogged cover into the cushion. The cover is wrapped with 90gr fiber to cut the leather contact and passed into the cushion cover. The reclining cushion is movable.
It is whitened by using 28 dns 5 cm gray sponge on the seat arms and 1.5 cm sponge around the outer perimeter. The sponge will be wrapped with 90gr fiber to cut the skin contact and upholstered with the selected fabric.
Packaging: The product is delivered assembled. The product is packaged with disposable packaging nylon and cardboard box.
