Can I change the design of the products?

We can provide design change service for the number of pieces over 100 for coffee tables and 50 for armchairs. We cannot change our designs other than these numbers. We cannot divide our teams.

 

Which Methods Can I Pay?

 

You can pay for your orders by Money Order / EFT or credit and debit cards of all banks. All cards with Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Troy infrastructure are accepted. You can take advantage of the installment options offered by your bank.

How long will it take to receive my order?

BEKALIVING makes every effort to ship your orders as fast as possible and according to the order order. The current delivery times of all our products are indicated in the "Delivery" tab on the product pages.

Our products sold from stock are delivered to cargo on the business day following your order and arrive within 1-4 business days.

Our delivery times vary between 25-30 days for our products produced on order.

 

How can I find out where my shipment is?

You can inquire the whereabouts of your shipment on the cargo company's website using your cargo tracking code sent to your e-mail address. We work with Horoz Lojistik for our high pattern products and UPS for our small pattern products.

 

How Can I Return My Purchase

The fact that the products you will return comply with the following conditions will ensure that the transactions are completed quickly:

  • You can send your return request to [email protected] or to our customer service line +90 533 450 63 51. Products sent without a return notification will be returned to the customer.
  • The return must be made within a period of seven (7) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product without unpacking, destruction, deterioration and use of the product.
  • If the product has been delivered within the scope of a damaged or defective product, all costs, including transportation, belong to BEKALIVING. Otherwise, the transportation costs to be incurred within the framework of the Return process belong to the buyer.
  • You must deliver your product in its original packaging to the address specified by our customer representatives.
  • Returns cannot be made forspecially produced furniture (color and size change) .
  • For returns made in accordance with the return conditions, it takes an average of 7 days to transfer the amount you paid to your account or credit card.
  • After the products are taken out of their original packaging and used, the 1-week buy-back period for return requests does not work and the product is definitely not accepted back. According to Article 4 of the Law on the Protection of Consumers, "Goods that are contrary to the qualifications stated in the introduction and user manual or advertisements and advertisements or that contain material, legal or economic deficiencies that reduce the benefits expected by the consumer in terms of intended use are considered defective goods. If the customer notifies the defective goods within 30 days from the date of delivery of the goods, he has one of the rights to return the product, price reduction, free exchange or free repair."

What is the Warranty Period of the Products?

The warranty period of our products is 2 years. All products offered for sale on our website are under BEKALIVING warranty. BEKALIVING determines the warranty period, warranty content and conditions of the products. In case of malfunction of the purchased products, the product must be sent to us together with the invoice or sales form and an information note about the malfunction. After the product sent to us is delivered to our production service, it is tested taking into account the malfunction you have specified. The malfunction of the product must be approved by the relevant warranty provider production department.
